Many of my brides and friends will often ask, “do I really need a second shooter?” Essentially, the answer is no, but there are many benefits to having a second shooter.

Wow! I can’t believe how incredible this year has been & that 2020 is nearly here. I definitely didn’t expect to have so many adventures this year now that we have Eleanor, but John & I were able to experience so many new things! In February, we went to Anaheim, California for Chick-fil-A’s annual conference […]
I’ve known Aubrey Ann and her family for many years now. I’ve watched her and her siblings grow up and it was such an honor to be able to capture her wedding day. It was the most perfect day at a beautiful venue. Aubrey Ann was absolutely stunning and Austin is one lucky guy! Some […]
As a new parent, baby safety is always a top priority. Thankfully, today’s technology allows parents to monitor their baby without staring at them 24/7. *Technology should not be the only reliant and standard sleep safety should be followed* When Eleanor was first born, we used the Owlet Smart Sock. If you aren’t familiar with […]

Last week I had the pleasure of photographing the Carroll family. This sweet family was visiting the area from Oklahoma to celebrate Chad’s grandmother’s 85th birthday! It had been storming every afternoon here in Florida for weeks and I was super nervous about us scheduling a session on a limited schedule. But Florida pulled through […]

We knew before too long Eleanor would be crawling and we wanted to ensure we had a safe environment for her to do so. We also wanted her to be familiar and comfortable in that space before she actually started moving around.
My best friend is having a baby! Baby Finley is due to arrive early March, though we could meet him much sooner! Madison actually told me she was expecting after my baby shower! Our babies will be about 5 months apart and I’m so excited for them to have little play dates. It’s been fun […]
This post is sponsored by Date Night In. As new parents, we often find it hard to go out for date nights. The baby may go to sleep at 8:00 pm, but it’s not like we can leave the house. That’s where Date Night In Box saves the day! Date Night In is a custom […]
It’s amazing how many products there are out there for babies and parents now. But with so many products out there how can we know what’s needed and what’s not? Sometimes it’s by trial and error & other times we learn from others. I’m sharing 7 of our favorite products under $20. We use these […]
